DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver our products to customers in any destination of the country. All orders are dispatched within a day and your order will be delivered to you within 2 to 3 working days. We offer secure encrypted online payment options to our customers and however, if you wish to pay in cash, we have given you cash on delivery option.
A specified delivery fee will be charged to you depending upon the delivery address and the weight of parcel. Estimated delivery fee will be calculated by the website at the time of checkout and it will appear in your order confirmation/invoice.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Special Notice: please note that due to the current challenges posed by Covid-19 pandemic, we will not be accepting returns or exchange of any products after the delivery is completed adhering to the guidelines issues by health experts.
Our general policy on returns, exchanges and refunds:
- Returns or exchanges will be accepted only in cases of manufacturing errors. Returns or exchanges due to damages happened after the delivery of products to customers will not be accepted (please inform us immediately and send us few photographs if products are damaged at the time of receipt).
- Returns and exchanges will be accepted only due to genuine reasons and reasons like “change of mind” or “no longer needed” will not be considered as genuine reasons.
- Return or exchange requests should be informed to us within 7 days from the date of placing the order.
- For exchanges, selected products has to be of a value higher than returning product and if not the remaining balance should be settled by the customer.
- Refunds will be done in correspondence with payment method. If customer has paid for the purchases via online payment gateway, refund will be credited to your credit card, debit card or e-wallet. If customer has paid for purchases in cash, refund will be done in cash at the time of recollecting the product from customer.
